This is to be filed with our City Secretary's office. I spoke with the contractor yesterday regarding the area on the back side of the retaining wall. They are aware of the work that needs to be done back there, and are schedule crews to be in here cleaning up over the next week. In order to move forward with the license agreement, I will need an exhibit that shows what you intend to do out there. I will then write the agreement and it will need to go to City Council for approval. As an example, I am attaching the agreement we took to City Council for Mr. Berkebile's property to your east. When do you think you will be ready to do the rock work on the roadway side of the wall? I'm trying to decide if I need to paint the concrete or leave it bare. Keith Keith Marvin, P.E. I spoke to one of the workers working out there, but he was disinterested. I can meet you out there to walk it if that helps. -what did we say were the next steps to get a license done? Please advise, thanks Luis
