Keith,
Due to JRJ trying to get a final walk on site; it is imperative that Larry Davis be available on site to assist in
reaching this goal for us all. We seem to be making large strides each day to accomplish this and Larry has been
assisting in this. I am asking for Larry to be on site the next couple of days to help us get all of our goal of
finishing the Bethel project.

All items are scheduled to be completed on the Bethel project, minus the following:

Bridge Street Lights & Banner Poles – Ship date still for December 20.
Touch up of South Retaining Wall and Coppell Rail and Bridge Coppell Rail.
Paint of all Coppell Rail, Retaining and Bridge.
We would like to request a final walk for Wednesday or Thursday next week. I have spoken with Larry Davis
regarding this and he asked that I send a formal request to you. As an FYI, I am working with JRJ higher ups to
get additional personnel on site to assist with the completion of preparing the Coppell wall for paint also and hope
that all can be completed by the final walk date, if not before. The weather is supposed to be good on Monday
and Tuesday which would allow for the painting of the necessary items.
Please let me know what day you would like to have the final walk on.

Subject: Bethel Rd - Phil's House North Retaining wall
Keith,
I just received a call from Phil and he is requesting that I paint the back side of his wall the full length of his
property. He said his property ends about 20 feet to the west of where the trees start past his driveway. With this
request, do you want me to paint the entire wall down to the end of the windows of the Coppell Rail or do I need
to stop at Phil’s property line?
Please let me know stopping point and color you want me to use. Original plan had the white for the Coppell Rail
and the kind of cream color for the ashlar finish section, but Phil has requested that we paint the wall 100% same
color as the Coppell Rail color. This should not be a problem, but want you to know so that you and Larry do not
have any surprises.
Please let me know what your thoughts are on this, painting is tentatively scheduled for Monday.
