Please re-submit your release to Oncor for the bridge lights at 232 W Bethel Rd. Keith Marvin from Engineering
just met with Larry Reddick and has revised the "label" that was in discrepancy. All of my requests have been
for BRIDGE LIGHTS at this location so I don't know how or why it was sent as a traffic signal, but we need to
have service for this address. We have been communicating concerning this service for a month now. If you
need any more information from me, please advise immediately.
Your prompt attention and help with this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hans,
This is the one that submitted/released a month ago on 11/23. I emailed a copy of the release to you. I don't
understand why we have so much trouble getting service. Is there something that we are missing that we need
to do to get service in a timely matter from here on out? As far as I am aware, we are following the process we
need to follow but we have continual problems getting service for all of our requests/releases. Please advise if
there is additional information/procedures that we need to follow to get service(s).
