Attached are the 2 quotes I received to fix the slope at the NW corner of the Bridge where it has eroaded from the
heavy rains. (Ark Contracting & TRW) If you approve one of these, I will then take the time to place in change
order format with an additional 10% as we did with the other stone wall.
Please let me know which you want or what I need to do so that we can continue to move forward. All indications
are that we will be complete next Wednesday. I will keep you informed.

2.Ark Contracting Services, LLC shall furnish sealed engineered shop drawings
prepared by a Professional Engineer registered in the State of Texas whom carries
a minimum of $1,000,000 errors and omissions insurance.
3.Suitable access, testing, barricade, traffic control and erosion control by others.
