1. From Penfolds toward Bethel Rd. OK.
2. From Penfolds toward Denton Tap:
a. Eastbound lane 3 cracks exist along three saw joints which are marked with
green paint.
b. Westbound lane 1 crack exists along side a saw joint which is marked with
green paint.
c. One in box contains residual concrete and needs to be cleaned. Box will be
marked with green paint.

1. Pedestrian heads for the southbound direction — phase 2.
2. Place buttons around median noses on 2' centers on Denton Tap & Bethel.
3. Signs on Bethel Rd. have been installed as requested and are OK.
4. Bridge lights will be installed or on job site 12/22/10.
