Keith,
Per our discussion before the Christmas Holidays, we spoke that I would
get you an update of the site during this week. Attached are the final
walk punch list items for both the City of Coppell and F &N.
I have walked the site this morning and all items on the Coppell punch
lists have been completed, minus the sidewalk forms needing striped that
were poured back last week. I will have this taken care of this week.
There are several F &N items no yet completed and the finishing painting
of the Ashlar Finish on the S Retaining Wall and the paint of the
Coppell Rail is also not complete. Due to the rain and weather
conditions, it does not seem that the F &N punch list items will be
completed this week. All remainder of the items are corrections needing
to be corrected by North Texas Bridge.
Also, I had previously sent you, 12/23/10, the change order for review
on the proposal for repairs to the NE corner of the bridge were erosion
has occurred. Is there a status on this getting approved or not? If
further discussion is needed, we can do so when you return.
I hope you and your families are enjoying the Holidays. I will speak
with you on January 3rd when you return to work.

The following are the comments from our field visit yesterday. I'll have them put into a

1. No soil cover at footing for north retaining wall.
2. Waterstop missing at the first exp joint of south retaining wall, at the west side from
the west abutment.
3. Poor waterstop finish at multiple locations at south retaining wall.
4. Expansion joint at west abutment is leaking.
5. Some pipe hanger supports were not tighten, some of them are not providing support to
the pipe. C %rE�a jgr
6. At the south retaining wall, some of the weep holes are buried in the ground, some weep
holes are too close to the ground.
7. At the south retaining wall, a portion of the wall has the ground sloping towards the
wall, it is supposed to be sloping away from the wall. 6A.1-045 � AZO
8. Didn't see that any surface treatment, to the bridge, has been done.
9. At the east side of the bridge, one of the concrete blockouts between the concrete
riprap and bent column is not properly grouted.
10. The deck drain, without the metal pipe cast with the deck, water is running down the
