Steve, nothing has changed. Until job is 100% completed, including punch list items, the COCoppell will
not stop time. I had to send an update to Keith regarding status of completion. I told him it looked like your
items would not be finished until Monday or so. There several items on F&N punch list that have not been

informing him I will be on site around 10:30a to review all punchlist items and ensuring all have been
completed. Painting completion is a part of time stopping, if not completed, I cannot ask COCoppell to
stop time. Not completing this week and waiting to complete next week, Jan 3-4, will also cause an
additional $5k in lost monies. The temperature is suppose to be 70 degrees on Thursday. The final work
at hand needs to be completed so time can stop. Please keep me informed of completion. If you still plan
