Another technician went out on 12/27. She said they typically take up to 10 days from when it is sent to Engineer for review. I've highlighted their phone number in the text should you need to call them directly for updates. Just give them address and they will advise. I was with Larry Davis when I called for update so he is also aware of the status. Keith Marvin from Engineering just met with Larry Reddick and has revised the "label" that was in discrepancy. All of my requests have been for BRIDGE LIGHTS at this location so I don't know how or why it was sent as a traffic signal, but we need to have service for this address. We have been communicating concerning this service for a month now. If you need any more information from me, please advise immediately.
