Hi Kellie,
The paving contractor is JRJ Paving, LP, and the Project Manager is Dean
Dumke.
They need a letter to the City of Coppell, stating that the landscaping
repairs are complete to our satisfaction along the right of way for
Bethel Road, following the road construction on Bethel Road.
We'll have to do an additional letter for the two interior lots they
used for staging materials, once those have been cleaned up -- probably
the first week of January.
