a good suggestion has been brought forward to assemble (all of us if possible) and
directly assess what is missing or needed from the project at The Reserve. I would
like to propose Monday the 24th after 10AM. It's important to have subject matter
experts on electrical to really make this a meaningful and hopefully brief session. If
this day does not work, please propose another time and day.
I am out of town till Sunday evening.

Keith,
Hope you are well and holidays were satisfying. The Bethel Road project is looking
very good and I am pleased with the final product and vision for the next phase. I
have proceeded with our new entry project as foretold but have come to a complete
stop as the island does not have power. This was not the case prior to JRJ
construction.
I have reached out to JRJ Paving and was told that they have no additional
responsibility to our association and we are basically on our own. I can't imagine why
they do not feel accountable to this restoration. I have approved of their work on
landscaping and sprinkler replacement (Dean Dumke has the letter in hand).
Our entire community has been respectful of the various crews that have been
parking and working on our streets for half of 2010, and now we are told the
electrical that was functioning prior to JRJs work is our problem to solve.
I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter.
