I know you called the other day to let me know you were still heavily involved in
getting answers (I appreciate the reach out though nothing was imparted). As you
are aware, Clay's team is actively on site and he forwared the following information
below based on his finds and our previous disposition.
As you work through your solution please consider that beyond the (seemingly
unnecessary) conduit upgrade all other elecrical issues should be restored as they
were on the city dime.
I hope it is clear by now I am not an expert in electrical, road-paving, or speciality
outdoor projects so industry jargon and acrimony among us is not helpful. The
Reserve HOA has been very patient and flexible as the city worked through the Bethel
road effort. Now we find our project is at a standstill without the power resolved.

Joe,
I wanted to follow up on a few items with the electrical.
The cables to the island include 7 cables, according to the electrician this should amount to 4 circuits
each of which had an individual breaker. They need to replace the same cable situation that was
existing prior to construction, this would allow individual circuits for the lighting, pump etc and is what
they need to ensure is working again. I felt from the conversation on Tuesday that this may be
overlooked. One of these outlets was on the back of the fountain as the outlet is still there.
We cannot do anything more on the island until they have restored power, the landscaping cannot be

completed until after all the cabling has been installed.
