as an aside, I have communication from dean going back to early december on this
matter...then, he mentioned a homeowner (rodney) who had a tree falling into his property
and power would need to be cut in order to remove the tree (understandably). dean also
mentioned that the initial install of electrical was incorrect and so their cutting it
apparently absolved them from restoring it (not sure about that logic). I have all the e-mail
threads regarding this matter and with the exception of the letter on jan 11th...there was
an understanding that power restoration was our issue to solve.
