I am forwarding to you and you may discuss with Joe. I know Joe feels he has been blind sided or taken advantage of, but at this time every conversation we have with him, I feel , is being discussed and answered with an attorney opinion. He even mentioned this in our meeting that he would have to discuss with an attorney. If he feels an attorney is necessary, then I am not allowed to discuss this issue any further, which is why I cannot have any further discussion with Joe without you present to ensure whatever is said is not misconstrued. I can assure your and Joe I have not ever had any other intentions but to build a quality project. The bill given to Joe at our meeting of the previous installation of the 4" conduit which was originally asked to install was $1200, which consisted of a $600 mobilization of equipment charge, $300 for 130 linear foot of 4" conduit, and $300 for the equipment and personnel to install, backfill, and compact to Coppell standards. JRJ has done the things asked and feel I have keep the many homeowners abreast of construction aspects as the job has progressed. The other thing that needs to be addressed, is the median area has now been cleared, the light removed, and another electrician has tampered with the electrical, for sure in the bushes where Mels had stated, in our meeting the other day, that was not placed back correctly. In construction, the rule has always been if you get on it you are accepting it as is. I know that this will not be the case on this one, but they did choose to start in December while the project was still under construction. It is amazing to me how the outlook has changed from a great working relationship with the homeowners at The Reserve to this. Please feel free to contact me regarding this matter and /or after your have spoken with Joe. Thank you, (8/12/2011) Keith Marvin - Bethel - Penfolds Electrical Repair Page 2 Dean Dumke Sr Project Manager J RJ Paving JRJ PAVING 1805 Royal Ln # 107 Dallas, Texas 75229 Attn: Dean Dumke Ref: Reserve Water Feature Power Repair Reconnect existing circuits Dean, We are pleased to offer you our proposal for the above referenced project location.
