Luis,
I'm attaching the proposed license agreement for your review. We are on schedule for this to be presented at the Council
Meeting on Tuesday 2/8. We are recommending approval for this, and it will be on the consent agenda. You are welcome
to attend the meeting, but it is not a requirement.
Please review the document, and let me know as soon as possible if there are any issues with it.
I discussed with Ken the idea of including in this agreement something about the city encroachment of your property with
the wall footer, but he would prefer to handle them as two separate issues. Along those lines, I will be drawing up an
easement document for your consideration.
