The license agreement has been approved by City Council. We just need your signatures to finalize it. If you could come
by here and sign it that would be great.
I still need to draw up the wall easement documents. Once I have those put together we can discuss the value.
Our arborist is John Elias. He can be reached at 972-462-5115.
I'd be happy to meet you out there to look at the erosion issue and offer any thoughts I might have. Let me know when

Hi Keith,
I hope you are doing well. a few things:
1. any progress getting the rock facing licensing agreement approved and/or
signed?
2. are you waiting on me to propose language and dollar amounts for the
easement and "tree damage"? Or are you working on that.
3. Can you please give me the name and contact info for your City tree guy
who I met that offered to prune the damaged trees in the spring to help them
along. I would like to take him up on that offer.
4. I need some advice. There is a erosion problem on my lot that is coming
from a neighbor's lot. Can you or someone from the City help me understand
the cause and actions needed to address this issue. the erosion is going
into the creek at a pretty rapid rate. Please advise on these, talk to you
soon.
