I just got off the phone with Mrs. Thuey (sp?). She wanted to know why I have not been back in touch with her...
I was under the impression that either you or someone else from Parks would be contacting her about the wall she and her
neighbor built in the park.
If you decide a license agreement is the way to go, we can provide you a copy of ones we have done previously for items in the
right of way. This could easily be adapted to your purpose here...
