Subject: M-bond for North Gateway Plaza Lot 9
I have a paving bond received on 3/16/10 that covers 2 drive approaches, but we did not receive a bond
for the underground utilities. Shouldn't we have gotten one from FastTrak Construction who did the work
on this lot and some of the connection work on the lot south of it?
A final acceptance letter was not issued for this project.
