Mr. Zett,
the Roadway and Park impact fees shown on the attached assessment must be paid to the Engineering
Department prior to filing the final plat.
Once the plat is filed and the plans have been approved (at this time there are engineering plan
comments remaining to be addressed by your engineer), the Construction Development permit and
payment of inspection fees can be submitted (attach contracts for verification of 2% & 4% calculations
done on Page 3). The Construction Development permit is for infrastructure and construction in ROW;
building permits from Building Inspections Department are also required. Please contact them at 972-304-
3500 for instructions to secure permits, if you have not already done so.
When the inspection fees are paid, a pre-construction conference can be scheduled with the Engineering
inspector assigned to your development. Good luck on your project!
