Subject: 566 Mobley Way, Villas of Lost Creek
According to Ida Yank, who has power of attorney for owner Stuart Yank, the meter at this address
actually runs the irrigation for the common area instead. She believes Jason Rose did not install a
separate domestic meter for the home at 566 (it has never been occupied) and she has been paying
water bill for the irrigation on the common lot since December 1, 2010.
She and her landscape guy walked the property twice and have not been able to find the meter for the
house. How can we help her determine if it is there, if it is operational to serve the house and if not, how
can she hold Jason's feet to the fire to get one installed? She also wanted to know if it's true, how this
could have slipped past during the inspection process???
She said Jason is trying to sell the common lot to someone else for $5K so the problem will just go away
(he offered it to her for $10). This is a tangled civil court problem waiting to happen, but can we at least
get her information to work with if indeed there is no meter for the house?
