I know you have already received this email, but I wanted to follow up. It is our desire to move forward with this project
very quickly in order to make use of the summer break for the Hertz Road reconstruction.
I intend to forward city comments to the design engineer no later than 4-05-10, at which time he will finalize the plans and
bid documents and we will move forward with bidding this project. Please try to look these plans over between now and
then. Feel free to mark right on the review set of plans any comments you may have.

Tax 2009 Street Replacement (Dobecka, Clear Creek and Heartz) 2nd Submittal has been received.
It contains full set construction plans and specifications.
The 2 week review and comment complete date is: 4-05-10.
All review and comments must be complete by this date.
Review plans are in the review plans storage box.
Be sure to place the green magnetic dot and date under your name on the board when taking plans for review. Also, don't forget to
place the date of review next to your initials on the plan submittal sticker.
