Mr. Senn,
The contractor has erected temporary mailboxes at two locations for continued mail delivery during construction. The
postal employees are unable to access the boxes in front of the homes on the west side of Heartz at this time. Your box
should be located in a group of boxes on the east side of Heartz just south of Westbury Drive. It will have the number 133
on it. If you are unable to locate it, please let me know.
Once the contractor completes the work on the west side of the road regular mail service to your box will be restored.

Dear Mr. Marvin, At the pre-construction meeting on Sept. 30, it was my understanding that steps would be taken to insure
continued mail delivery on Heartz road during construction. As this is just the first week, I am concerned that so far I have
not had delivery from the post office, and would like to know if the city has contacted our post office about service during
the on going work? Please let me know what I should expect. Thank you-Garvin Senn
