The contractor that recently completed this construction will be contacting Mark or Gay Dobecka to resolve this concern.
There is a possibility that this water usage is related to the irrigation repairs they were making as they closed out the
project. If so, they will reimburse the Dobecka's for the excess water (approximately $35).

Clay,
Mark and Gay Dobecka are concerned about their most recent water bill. They said their usage jumped a huge amount and it
happens to coincide with the road project and the water main conversion on our street. Please have the water department look and
make sure there is not an issue with an incorrect reading. I don't know if we received new meters but if we did please make sure
the old meter reading was correctly noted and the new meter reading was checked so they had a good 30 day usage number
(maybe 25 days on the old meter and 5 days on the new meter).
I told them I would send you this note so if Gay hits you up at church you will have some idea what she is talking about.
