Sales Tax 09-CS110301 Page 1 of 2 Keith Marvin - Re: Clear Creek From:   Shane Huffman <shuffman_rkm@yahoo.com> To:   Keith Marvin <kmarvin@coppelltx.gov> Date:   3/1/2011 4:59 PM Subject:   Re: Clear Creek   Keith   I would like to respond to both items.  The backfill that the resident is complaining about was done by my concrete crew last week and today my clean up crew is working in her direction, from Willow Springs, removing all foreign material and rocks from the backfill and preparing the grade with topsoil for sod.     Second, the street light at Willow Springs is not working due to a cut cable.  The cable was cut on Feb 15 around noon due to no locate marks.  We have notified Oncor thru Dig Tess and have a confirmation if needed.  I just spoke to my foreman in the field and it is still not fixed.  Do you have a contact at Oncor that might be able to light a fire under someone to fix the cable?       Shane Huffman RKM Utility Services, Inc. Second, a resident at the corner of Clear Creek and Willow Springs indicated that the street light near this intersection had been broken during the course of construction.  Are you aware of any damage to the street light?  If so, has Oncor been notified?
