I would like to respond to both items. The backfill that the resident is complaining about was
done by my concrete crew last week and today my clean up crew is working in her direction,
from Willow Springs, removing all foreign material and rocks from the backfill and preparing
the grade with topsoil for sod.
Second, the street light at Willow Springs is not working due to a cut cable. The cable was cut
on Feb 15 around noon due to no locate marks. We have notified Oncor thru Dig Tess and
have a confirmation if needed. I just spoke to my foreman in the field and it is still not fixed.
Do you have a contact at Oncor that might be able to light a fire under someone to fix the
cable?

Shane,
I had two complaints today that I wanted to pass along. First, one resident complained about trash and debris in the
backfill material behind the curb. Please coordinate with Rick O'Dell to ensure all material meets the appropriate
specifications.
Second, a resident at the corner of Clear Creek and Willow Springs indicated that the street light near this
intersection had been broken during the course of construction. Are you aware of any damage to the street light? If
so, has Oncor been notified?
Please let me know on the second item.
Thanks,
Keith
