We have an estimate of about 3,000 to irrigate the area. Keith and I talked about it this week and we
were going to get with Finance to see if we could pay for it out of the 1/4 cent sales tax fund that we
built the road with. We assumed it would be a city meter and we would pay the water bill since there
isn't a HOA.
I'm unsure of the actual maintenance of the area once we get the irrigation in.
