Mr. Proctor,
Sorry for the delay in responding to your inquiry, I was out of the office last week.
You will likely see survey activity taking place over the next several weeks. Once the survey is complete the design work
will begin. I would not expect to have completed plans until the end of the year. Construction is slated to begin during the
spring of 2012.
I'll try to keep you posted of our progress and let you know when we have something for you to take a look at. For the
most part though we are seeking to replace what's there as near as practical to the current location.

Sir,
Thank you for the letter of the 30th last.
I was planning to remove some tree stumps, and repair my sprinkler system at 401 Sandy Knoll. Where can i look at the
proposed improvements so that I can make changes that do not interfere with the improvements, or vice versa.
