Addition of Pump Number 4 to the Village Parkway Pump Station
Notice to Proceed
Gentlemen:
We are handing you two (2) fully executed copies of your contract with the City of Coppell, Texas, dated
December 14, 1999 for construction of the Addition of Pump Number 4 to the Village Parkway Pump Station.
On behalf of the City of Coppell, you are hereby requested to proceed with construction of this project. As
provided by Article 3 of the Standard Form of Agreement, this notice to proceed is being issued effective
today. Therefore, the installation of the isolation valves for Pumps 1, 2 and 3 (Bid Item No. 3) and the transit
time meter (Bid Item No. 4) is to be complete and in service on or before March 3, 2000. The installation of
Pump Number 4 is to be complete and in service on or before June 1, 2000.
