Tom,
Thank you for contacting me. We look forward to working with you on our upcoming CIP projects.
I'm glad to see that you have no conflict with our upcoming projects. Does this include all TWC facilities,
or are you speaking for only a portion of the facilities?
ST 99-05 is currently underway, and I believe you have already relocated for that project.
I will distribute plans for the upcomming projects at the meeting on 1/24/08. If you could have a
representative attend I will ensure they get plans for you.

Mr. Marvin,
I received your notice to our plant manager, Don Hurla, regarding the
utility meeting scheduled for January 24, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. I now attend
all utility coordination meetings for Time Warner Telecom and oversee
most relocations due to city, county and state projects.
At this time, TWTC has no conflict with your upcoming municipal
construction projects stated in your 12/20/07 notice i.e. project
numbers ST 00-03, ST 03-01A and ST 07-02. I do not have sufficient
information to determine any potential utility conflict on the first
project (ST 99-05) listed in the status chart. We do have aerial
facilities going north/south on S. Royal Ln. that cross Bethel Rd. If
poles are being moved at this location, please let me know so I can
follow up on this.
I will not be able to attend the 1/24/08 meeting due to another
scheduled utility meeting at the same time where we do have conflicts.
