Gentlemen,
Attached as PDF files are the revised landscape and irrigation plans for Bethel Road. After our meeting a few weeks ago we
decided to contract with the original landscape designer to make these revisions. I can produce full size prints for your use if you
let me know how many you want.
I am also including the quantity take off sheets from the designer. These represent the change from the original bid set to these
revised plans. Based on the significant reduction in some of the quantities we will be asking for a credit change order for this
change. Please provide us with a proposed change order amount for the reduction of the lump sum item for Landscape & Irrigation
(I-107-CA).
