Albert, Rick, and I discussed this invoice. It does not seem likely that all this work is attributed to damage caused by the
other City paving contractor. Albert says they did ask American Landscape to make a repair for them. The portion of this
repair attributed to this other contractor should be sent directly to them. The contact for Laughley Bridge is Charles
Laughley 817-401-3306.
The balance of this work appears to be for items covered under pay item I-92-CA.
