We may have talked about this before, but we are at a point where we need to apply deed restrictions to the drainage
channel we recently built north of Bethel Road. You may remember a portion of the channel is built on property we
acquired from Steve Chadick through a land swap. The rest of the property belongs to Mr Skinner. The Cops of Engineers
provided the boilerplate for the Deed Restrictions. I'm attaching the documents below.
