I'm re-sending this email because we still don't have closure on this issue. Our consultant that has assisted us with the permitting
through the Army Corps of Engineers, is adamant that we need to execute and file deed restrictions on property that we own, and
area that we acquired easement. The draft deed restrictions are attached. Please call me to discuss this issue at your convenience.

We may have talked about this before, but we are at a point where we need to apply deed restrictions to the drainage channel we
recently built north of Bethel Road. You may remember a portion of the channel is built on property we acquired from Steve
Chadick through a land swap. The rest of the property belongs to Mr Skinner. The Cops of Engineers provided the boilerplate for
the Deed Restrictions. I'm attaching the documents below.
