Robert,
We had Nortex come out and look at the paving on Bethel Road in the
vicinity of the recently repaired water leak. The paving has settled,
and in the interest of preventing additional settlement we had them
supply the attached quote to fill the underlying void and raise the
panels back to grade.
We believe Tiseo or their subcontractors should pay the cost of this
repair. Please call me to discuss this matter.
