Our plan will be to preserve the monument while building the street and new curb around it. We do not plan to reconstruct
the monument.
If we damage it though, that is a different story.

Thanks for the quick response. The current monument is damaged and I am not sure if there are any plans by the homeowners to
repair it. They don't have a HOA. So if I understand correctly, the monument will be re-erected if it is intact at the time of
construction.

Yes. The one that's there now will be reconstructed. The new construction goes beyond the existing median.
