The City of Coppell has engaged Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc. for the design of
improvements to its area of responsibility for the east bank and wall of the canal adjacent
to your subdivision. The HOA is responsible for maintenance of the west and north
banks of said canal. If the HOA and property management company is interested in
partnering with the city and funding a design/analysis of the wall /bank for which the
HOA is responsible, please call me to set up a time to meet and discuss.
