Hunterwood Park-CS090417 (8/23/2011) Keith Marvin - Re: Hunterwood ParkPage 1 From: Keith Marvin To:Wilson, Dean CC:Elias, John Date: 4/17/2009 9:29 AM Subject: Re: Hunterwood Park Dean, I don't know what the scope of your project is, but Hunterwood is a fairly large park. Here is a link to our city GIS mapping: http://gis.ci.coppell.tx.us/gisweb/default.aspx This map has the latest city aerial photograph, parcel boundaries, and the parks are labeled. You will need to zoom in on the park. If this information is not adequate, we can pull plats for you, but we will want to know where in the park you are working. The other option is to visit the site and look at where the fences are located for the adjacent residential properties. Let me know if you need more information. Keith Marvin, P.E. Project Engineer (972) 304-3681 >>> "Dean Wilson" <dean.wilson@tbg-inc.com> 4/17/2009 9:04 AM >>> Keith- I received your information from Jeff Higgins in our office, who is working with John Elias with the parks department on several City of Coppell trails projects. We are currently working on a segment of trail through Hunterwood park, and have been asked to have our irrigator look at possibly irrigating the site. The problem that we are having is that we cannot find any good base information for the park. Do you know of, or have any plats of the area or files that would give us the boundaries of the park so that our irrigator can give an accurate estimate of materials needed to perform the work? I appreciate any information that you may be able to share. Thanks, Dean Wilson Dean Wilson Austin . Dallas . Houston .
