Still working on ROW acquisition here, and a question came up. Several
of the Shadydale parcels reverence a Volume 42, Page 95 P.R.D.C.T. Can
you check with your surveyor and see if they have a copy of that
document. I can't seem to locate it on the online county records.

I have found that tree and the survey info on it, but all we have it
identified as is tree. I guess we missed that one. Do you need us to
get that for you?

Do you have a way to check on the point description for point # 4177?
It should be a tree on Mr. Pier's property just east of the intersection
of Coppell Road South. I'm looking for the type and caliper inch of
this tree. If you don't have it, I'll run out there and look at it.
