When I had visited with her early on about the project I had told her I
would be working with each of the property owners to secure release of
liens as they accept an offer. The attorney mentioned was for Mrs.
Lawson. I had told Samantha about her situation about trying to sign as
power of attorney for her brother.
The only thing I have done since you took over the project is pass on
calls or concerns I have received.

Raymond,
I spoke with Samantha Harper this morning concerning the Right of Way
parcels we are acquiring for the Sandy Lake Road project. She advised
me that she thought you had been working compiling mortgage information
on the parcels for the purposes of securing a release of lien for the
portion of land we are buying. She also thought you may have been
working with an attorney on some aspect of this.
We are working on finalizing a few of the parcels, and I wanted to see
if you had in fact done some of that work. If you have some of this
information, please forward it to Samantha or I.
