Good Afternoon,
I am the sales consultant for David Weekley’s community at the SW corner of Denton Tap
& Sandy Lake, Arbor Manors, & I have a few questions that I was hoping you could help me
with.
1. Are there plans to widen Sandy Lake Rd between our community wall & Sprouts? If so,
do you know when this construction might begin & when it might be complete?
2. On the planning map it shows the area between our community wall & Sandy Lake zoned
as Neighborhood Retail. Can you please tell me what this means?
3. Has anyone purchased this small piece of land? If so, who & how long will it be before
something is built there?
4. If not, do you have any idea how long it might be before it’s developed?
5. Will any of the trees remain that buffer the community from Sandy Lake?
