My apology for my mistake. Yes Schematic is approved on April 16, 2009 with condition that Trail width
changed to 10' during PS&E process. If during PS&E process you can not revise the width of trail to 10' (from 8'
in schematic), then you need to resubmit form 1002 (pg 3) requesting a "Design Waiver" also you need to
answer questions outlined in attached "design waiver request form". Approving design waiver during PS&E is
relatively painful, so I am hopping you can use 10' Trail width.

Ali,
I think we have the schematic approved. We are waiting on the Environmental to be cleared on the park on the
corner prior to moving forward. The city provided additional information a few weeks ago and we have not heard
anything regarding the ruling on the park. We are ready to finalize the 30% plans upon hearing of the ruling on
the park.

Keith / Matt,
This project is currently scheduled to be Let on January 2012 (or as soon as 10/2011). To make this happen we
need to have 100% plan completed by 6/2011.
As far as I understand, this project is still in planning phase, meaning, schematic has not been approved,
environmental is not cleared, and 30% plans is not started.
I know there are still a lot of issue remain unresolved for this project, but need to move FAST in order to meet
the scheduled letting date.
Thanks
