I have spoken with the decision makers on your inquiry...the consensus is to remove the median and sign at the time of the
Sandy Lake Road reconstruction. I do not know the exact time line on the Sandy Lake reconstruction, the prep work,
underground utility locates/relocates, etc will begin soon, but the entire project will take 18 to 24 months. If you want to
check the progress of the project, you can refer to the Engineering Construction Projects portion of the City of Coppell
website at http://coppelltx.gov/departments/departments-a-e/engineering/current-construction-projects

Have you been able to get any indication as to whether or not engineering
will cooperate with the removal of the monument at Summer Place? rwk
