I have set up a plan review meeting with The design engineer for West Sandy Lake Road for next Thursday (3/3/11) at
9:30am in the first floor conference room at Town Center. All are welcome to attend. If you do not care to attend, but
would like to provide some feedback on the plans, please stop by our office sometime between now and then to take a
look.
A few notes:
I will provide the water and sewer direction based on our prior discussions. We will abandon the 8" water from S. Coppell
to Denton Tap, and connect all services and mains to the 24" line. All sanitary sewer lines that will fall under the new
paving will be replaced.
There are no traffic signal plans included in this set. These will be submitted shortly, and will be sent to Traffic for a
detailed review. There are signing and stripping plans. Please take a look at these.
My goal is to have these plans ready to bid by the end of the year. Utility relocations will begin soon out there, and as they
near completion we should be prepared to begin our work.
