above referenced subject. I am waiting for him to return
calls.

18, 1990 at 8 :;~0 AM. Mr. Anderson acknowledged that the
engineer~ hav~ not submitted drainage and utl!ity easements
referenced in Mike's letter, that the engineers are redesi~Bing
Heartz Ro~d, and plans will not be ready for a week or so.
Anderson will meet w~.th us on Monday at 3:00 to discuss this
whole matter.
Mr. Andez:'mc, n will call Mike Allen today and advise him that the
C~ty Js waiting on submittals from Dan M. Dowdey and Associates.
