This email serves as a utility availability letter.
This letter is in response to a request I received from you concerning the availability of utilities to the
referenced property. To the best of my knowledge the utilities are as follows:
WATER:
There is an existing 8” water line in the east right-of-way of Heartz Rd. that is stubbed out to this
property. There is an existing 16" water line in the west bound lanes of Sandy Lake Rd.
SANITARY SEWER:
There is an existing 8” sewer line that is located under the pavement in the east bound lane on the south
side of Sandy Lake Rd. There is an existing 8" sewer line stubbed out to this property off of Heartz Rd.
STORM DRAINAGE:
There is an existing 48” storm drain in the center of Heartz Rd and also stubbed out to this property.
As always, in the development of the property you should determine if the existing utilities available to
this site are adequate to serve your proposed development. If you have any questions or comments you
