Heartz Rd. R.O.W. Construction of Heartz Road Pavement
I have secured the attached when Mary Peddycoat from the City
Secretary's Office when she and I discussed the matter. I don't
recall the item and the Heartz Road file (neither Engineering nor
Public Works) does not contain the document. We must have it
before permits to build are granted. I assume it was an executive
session matter that did not tickler down here. Jerry Parche says
he has a copy issued by Larry Jackson.
Unless you have other direction, I would recommend filling it in
our Heartz Road file. Finance and Planning ought to get copies,
also for future administration, etc.
