Amy,
The current phase of construction will go from Denton Tap to South Coppell Road, and as such will not
extend to the Woodlands. The final phase of Sandy lake will be the section between North Coppell
Road and South Coppell Road (adjacent to The Woodlands). This final phase is expected to begin
during the summer of 2012, and will overlap the current phase.
I have a preliminary drawing here at the office for this final phase, and I would be happy to show that to
you or your client.
The wall adjacent to The Woodlands is not maintained by the city. These walls are generally owned and
maintained by the homeowners association. Our proposed plans for the expansion of Sandy Lake does
not interfere with this wall.

We have a client that is interested in purchasing a home that backs up to Sandy Lake. The property is
located in The Woodlands. Their concern is how far the expansion is going to go during this phase ( I
believe it is going to stop at Coppell Road) Also, is there a plan to expand past Coppell Road in the near
future?
One more question....Does the city maintain the wall that lines Sandy Lake at The Woodlands.
