Yes, I did talk with Richard. They are meeting internally on Wednesday to discuss what to do on the
properties on the north side that don't want to have trees trimmed. He didn't mention anything about
putting the poles between the sidewalk and road. After his meeting, they will finalize pole locations and
forward to me for review.
