Keith,
Attached is a signed copy. I can send originals in the mail if you need
me to.
We are about done on the Alex Canal proposal. Our last discussion point
internally is how much if any hydraulic work to assume. If we keep the
walls in the same location and general height, then we are comfortable
saying we are not negatively impacting the canal, and do no hydraulic
work. If we raise the walls any to soften the slopes, then we should
probably do a minimal amount of work to verify any adverse impacts on
water surface elevations, but not do a full study of that canal system
and drainage area. Are you okay with including some hydraulic work for
just our section of the channel so that any wall and slope changes can
be quickly modeled? Also, we will assume preparation of a Nationwide 13
PreConstruction Notification for bank stabilization.
Pending any new ideas on the above from you, I will have the proposal to
you tomorrow morning.
Mark
PS-Then will send you the drafting proposal end of day Thursday.

This looks good Mark. Can you send me a signed copy? We'll take this
to council on the 12th.
Have you got anything for me on the other two (Alex Canal and the CAD
work)?
