Dear Mr. Griffin:
We are enclosing two final sets of construction plans and specification for the completion of the Sandy Lake
Road Water Line, from the Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Tank to Denton Tap Road. These plans and
specifications have been revised in accordance with your verbal review comments we discussed late last week.
The primary revisions include the sole use of reinforced concrete cylinder pipe for the 24-inch water line, the
abandonment of the existing 8-inch water line in Sandy Lake Road near the intersection of Coppell Road -
north, and the addition of two 24-inch butterfly valve on either side of Cottonwood Creek.
Based on the final plans and specifications, our opinion of construction cost for this project is in the range of
$1,070,000. We are enclosing an itemized copy of our opinion of cost for your review. We are available to
