It looks like we are in good shape for the 22nd. I don't see any reason why you need to be there. Ken or I will make the

Keith, I have attached the updated contract. I made the changes we
discussed as follows:
*Contract: Added statement regarding additional fee and related
hourly rates to Item 4; Added "outside the terms of this contract to the
end of the first sentence in Item 17;
*Attachment A: Edited the Part I heading and the Part II heading;
Added note for Halff to provide electronic media to Preliminary Plan
section Item 2, Final Plan Items 2 & 3, and Construction Administration
Item 12; Added a list of exclusions;
*Attachment B: Edited Fee schedule as discussed; Added hourly
rate schedule.
I left the $ amount and signatory information blank so we can fill this
in later. Let me know that this format works. Also, let me know if I
need to attend the Council Meeting. Thanks!
