Thanks for sending me this drawing. I'll review it and prepare some feedback. Can we meet next week to discuss it? I'm
available on Monday or Tuesday afternoon.
As far as utilities go, I am happy to set up a coordination meeting, however there does not appear to be enough
information here for the utility companies to plan their relocations. I am looking at Thursday March 13th, or Thursday
March 20th at 2:00pm for a meeting. Does one of those work better than the other for you? Will we be able to make
some progress on adding drainage and utilities to the plans by then?

Attached is a schematic plan and profile of Southwestern Blvd. at
Grapevine Creek. What we have shown is the proposed alignment west of
the creek and the trees that will be spared and a few that will need to
be removed. The profile shows the proposed pavement connection to the
existing bridge at elevation 510.00 and the approximate pavement
connection to a proposed bridge elevation of 513.00.
We need to schedule a utility coordination meeting with Oncor, Atmos and
Verizon. Do not hesitate to contact me or Dave Littleton with questions
or concerns.
